Description

That part in Catching Fire where Plutarch Heavensbee shows Katniss his watch. OMG MIND = BLOWN.

Uploaded the pencil original too. Tried out a bunch of Photoshoppery with this one; trying to find a shading method I'm comfortable with. Still not quite there.
